Originally trained in IT, Valerie started her business earlier this year after realising her enjoyable hobby could be developed into a profitable enterprise.

What do you enjoy most about being self employed? Definitely being able to do as much or as little as you want, and at your own pace.

And what do you dislike? Tax returns.

What do you do to relax when not working? I read extensively, mostly crime novels, I adore beachcombing & yes even in the winter.

What would your ideal day off involve? A stroll along a picturesque beach.

When and where was your last holiday? I am writing this on the blissfull island of Ibiza, back soon, this place is paradise, not at all like everyone thinks.

Tell us something you are looking forward to. Next years visit to Ibiza.

What would your ideal job for a day be? Working at the hippy market `Las Dalias, on Ibiza island or a wedding fayre with our wedding co-operative at home in Scotland.
