Hello, my name is Maria. I’m a primary teacher and needle felting artist in my spare time. A few years ago I attended a needle felting workshop and enjoyed it so much, I didn’t stop!
I create handmade, original landscapes & seascapes mostly with merino wool and I love the textured, paint-like finish the wool gives. I am inspired by the beautiful Scottish Highlands where I grew up and the natural world around me.
My work is often from my own observations and ideas but I also love to create personalised gifts from customer photographs which you can see on my Instagram/ Facebook pages.
