Scottish Landscape Painting
Location: Glasgow
Contemporary paintings, prints and commissions of Scotland. My landscape paintings are focused around my love for the mountains, glens, lochs, coastline and the islands of Scotland. My work captures the dramatic form of the country’s mountains and islands, its unpredictable weather and light in a unique style that moves away from traditional landscape painting.
I create vibrant colours and layered textures through using a variety of mediums including both oil and spray paints. I am self taught and my techniques combine to portray the mood of the sky and land, creating graphic style images over organic layers. Original paintings and a range of print sizes of my work are available.
